Rah rah rah rah sis boom bah. Anyone else singing the Beach Boys right now? Just us? Well then. Be True To Your School (BeTTYS) is our term for an in-school concert and fundraising event led by Robbie. Here’s how it works in just 5 easy steps:
1. Kid (with help of teacher or administration) invites Robbie to his/her school
2. Robbie gladly accepts
3. Kid tells family and friends and jumps up and down to convey excitement
4. Robbie arrives on agreed upon date and hosts an assembly during which he sings songs, shows video, and talks about OneVoice. It’s part sing-along, part cultural education, and all sorts of fun.
5. Kids, teachers and parents clap at appropriate moments (optional)
6. Kid (with help of PTA or administration) organizes school-wide fundraiser for OneVoice
7. Robbie and OneVoice jump up and down to convey excitement
8. Kid and school get hugs and kisses and are featured on the OneVoice website
9. Yes, we realize this is more than five steps
If you wanna host a BeTTYS event, just give us a holler. We’d love to meet you!
